DEMO: Personalising your email to target actions - using conditionals

This form demonstrates how you can vary the subject line of your email to the target using a hidden field, pre-populated via a link and triggering conditions.

In practice you would probably hide this field from the supporter but we've left it here so you can see it. The supporter would be able to edit the subject line as normal on the message step, if they want.
